Lifeguard Training for French Creek Racing ONLY (various dates)

***This is a private event for French Creek Racing Lifeguards ONLY. You must be at least 18 years old to participate. Thank you.

Join us for American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification and recertification class. You’ll learn the basics in water safety and the proper protocol when dealing with any emergencies around water. You’ll also learn effective techniques to deliver prompt care to those in need and how to respond safely and efficiently to water emergencies.

Please bring a bathing suit, a change of clothes, towel, pen, a chair, and a packed lunch.

Time: 1pm – 4pm
Location: Lawrence Park Swim Club

Cost: $200 (A portion of your fee may be returned by FCR after volunteering for FCR events as a lifeguard.)
**A mask may be required.

Cost:
1. $50 ticket is for individuals who are regular volunteers with FCR and have volunteered at least 5 times in 2021.
2. $200 entry is for individuals who are new to the FCR team and plan to volunteer 5 times or more in 2022. After volunteer shifts are completed, individual may submit a request for reimbursement of $150 to john@frenchcreekracing.com.

Instructions:
1. Click course name.
2. Click create account.
3. Log in and click launch course.
4. Once completed take a picture or print your certificate to bring to class.
